Get this, South Carolina passed the Subversive Actvities Registration Act in 2009. This act requires every person who wants to or is a part of an organization that wants to overthrow the government to register or face a fine of $25,000 and/or 10 years in prison.
So does this mean that hidden terrorist cells need to register or face a fine?
